Quest Super Cruiser Review

hey guys see if you're the faithful runner today I'm going to do a review on my quest longboard being a runner we have to as runners we have come up with ways of cross-training our body coming uh working muscles that don't normally get worked through just the routine or the exercises running so uh we do other things a lot of bikers swim or biker or things like that now I've taken up biking as a cross-training for two to help me in my running journey and I've also taken up longboarding now this has turned out to be for me has turned out to be an awesome exercise and it's turned out to be a really good cross-training routine for me to get into to help me out with my running so I wanted to get into this board a little bit and give you a little bit of a review on this board now this is a board made by quest a company called quest and it's a it's a great beginner board and it's a cruiser it's a now there's all sorts of different types of long boards there's all sorts of different types of longboard technology involved in a lot of these boards for for many many different things now some people longboard just to cruise around town some people longboard to bum pills and go fast some people do tricks on their long long boards long boards vary in size and shape and and and there's just so much involved in the long boards now for the different things you want to do now basically I'm using it for exercise I'm using it a lot of times just for transportation and cruise around town to get from one place to another and it's fun it's fun and it's awesome and and so I'm going to give you a review on my longboard now what I've purchased is the quest super Cruiser artesian boo a longboard now this is a 44 inch artesian bamboo longboard it's a multi ply hardwood cross of maple and artesian bamboo it it has rough rugged a seven inch aluminum trucks and it also has durable 70 millimeter PU wheels and this particular board is a kick tail board which is is the rise in the back of the board this is a good board as far as a good beginner board if you want to get started in into long boarding and you want to get start start this as a cross training or just it just want to get into long boarding for the fun of it or for transportation or for whatever now this is a cruiser you this board is fairly fast it has soft wheels which which they call sticky wheels that kind of grabs the pavement and and a lot of times like on your average skateboard the wheels are hard and a lot of times if you hit a rock it's going to jet you forward this thing it runs over just about anything um and and that's nice that's real nice so it is a cruiser I do cruise around town on it and I much enjoy it so um like I said before it's a 44 inch artesian longboard it's a it's a multi ply a bamboo maple deck the the graphics are an abstract graphic on the bottom of the board and it's very rugged it's it's rugged and its durable and it's sturdy and all-around good board now this is a kind of a classic look for a board in the shape of the design and and like I said no matter depending on where you live it's a great board for a round town or or if you're in college for getting the class or just cruising a boardwalk or whatever it is top quality and the top quality components of this board really ensure maximum durability and optimal performance and it's it's a real real good board made by the company that created this board is called a maiden Mars and and a very very good quality board very very fun to ride I've been enjoying this board so much I mean it's quiet on the road when it when you're riding it's quiet you don't hear like a lot of a lot of products you hear the wheel wheels against the pavement you don't hear a it's a quiet deck a smooth ride and like I said it's it can go over a lot of rough terrain and we got some rough roads in the town I live in and I'm just skating everything so enjoying it it's a great Cruiser it's a it's a great board it's very durable very I mean I've I've put it through quite a bit I probably I got this board for Father's Day and I know that wasn't that long ago but I've skated this thing every day since then so I've put some some miles and some wear and tear on it and it's been a great board a great beginner board now I do plan on transitioning into some other boards some some downhill boards some drop boards and things like that I'm just now starting to learn the difference between all these boards and what they're used for in some of them I will not ever use I don't plan on you know bombing Hills at you know 35 miles an hour I don't even know if they go that fast but I've seen some videos of these guys are flying but but I do I enjoy the cruising around on the board I enjoy dude I do enjoy going fast and this one will go fast now it's it's not a very low-profile board the center of gravity this boards a little tall compared to some of these boards these drop boards are the drop through trucks that sit lower to the ground it decreases the center of gravity so when you're heading down hills you don't get speed wobbles this board you'll get some speed Waldo's in if you're going too fast but you can just by pushing off and cruise around town you can get going pretty good and we got a few hills and stuff around here that we can I can skate down you get up pretty fast but um so so so yes as a beginner board this this is a great board and and and I I'm enjoying this board and I can't wait to to start getting some other boards and long boards and I would definitely review them here but if you are looking for a beginner board you're looking to get started into long boarding and want something that's easy to ride nice and smooth and you don't worry about too much rocks or terrain or think that this is the board you search long board on in on the internet or in Amazon it's the first thing this board is the first one that pops up and quest has a couple different ones just different just different styles of these quest boards and they're nice they're nice so check it out um if you want to do some cross training if you want to get into something different to work some different muscles as a runner if you're runner and you're constantly running and you need to mix it up check it out check out longboarding I think you'll love it I mean I'm 43 years old and I do just fine with it so I'm not I've got too old of a man yet to go out and skate and I mean I'm not I don't feel old anyway so but check it out check it out check out some longboarding and get out there and do some cross training as runners that's pretty important um tip of the day do cross try and do that like I said before I I never ever crossed right now when I ran all the time and that does wear on your body and starts to wear you down you need to work them on the muscles you need to you need to keep your body fit all the way around and there's other muscles that your body doesn't use when you're running that you need to work out and biking and longboarding and you'd be surprised you would be surprised how long boarding works a whole completely different set of muscles in your body than running does or or biking so CrossFit or cross train definitely cross train your body it's helped me immensely and in my running I can tell when I get out there I ran this morning and I'm just I feel I feel better running I feel more in shape running I don't feel my body don't feel so tired when I run then what I did when I just ran all the time and no cross-training so it does it definitely does help to cross-train so check it out check out the quest board it's a cheap board I got mine on Amazon while I got it for Father's Day but when I was looking I just looked at it on Amazon right now and it's selling for $56 about 57 bucks so normally it's about an $80 board and it's it's on sale right now for fifty six dollars and seventy cents free shipping can't beat it can't beat it for something fun and something that's a so here it is the quest longboard you might be thinking quest thought those guys make protein cookies and other but they also make this long board and this long boards pretty awesome disclaimer my best friend bought this longboard for me for my birthday and it's really awesome you can get on Amazon he actually got his at Walmart but on Amazon right now it's 50 bucks and dude for 50 bucks it's really hard to beat especially if you're a beginner like me and you want to get into longboarding if you're wondering the size it's a 44 inch I will say that the trucks are really nice for turning I think it gives you pretty good radius the wheels need improving they're not the best when you're going over a rough concrete or rough terrain you are going to feel the bumps so probably investing in some type of thicker wheel softer wheel would do you better you know if you want to ride over those cracks but I mean for 450 bucks when it comes with like I can't complain now I will say the bearings suck the bearings are something you're gonna want to go ahead and put some money into and I recommend the bones Reds man they're hard to beat I don't see it there but maybe there's the Reds and the Reds make it just so much nicer each push you can just get much more distance highly recommend you know spending the whatever ten bucks fifteen bucks on those and putting them in two really awesome board sorry about the wind got my girl here anyway I don't know how this video is gonna turn out but try and just here's I'm gonna do one push okay Riley excuse me one push and the dogs right beside me and I'm soft so you know nokay distance oh yeah sum it up definitely get yourself a quest Longbourn on Amazon 50 bucks if you're new to longboarding you want to cruise your style you can't do very many tricks I mean I'd say you could do some manuals maybe some maybe an ollie maybe if you uh you know practice that anyway that's all I gotta say about that catch you guys later

yo what's up YouTube alright so today I'm going to be showing you guys the brand new longboard it's the quest longboard off Amazon and I'll be pulling that up right now check that out and so let's show you guys the board alright so it comes in this box and a I'm not going to lie I took it out for a little spin but it comes with these things on the side you know and it's like shrink wrap but it comes with this is it honestly and so let's take this box out of here alright so this is the board it's a 44 inch board and it is made with bamboo and maple so it's high quality just give you guys like a 360 view it has these nice wheels they're soft a little bit of scratches wood but it has the back end that you can flip up you know so that's nice all right so here's the board take it first then play guys know I'm not a professional skateboarder or longboarder is my first longboard so just let it give me a chance ah ah nobody's more like September she burns through the night like a number and all those things we try forgetting I remember but we certainly all find me off fine sunlit dreams and we up now a lemonade I serve it up it goes down 75 degrees in the door song all you need to live fine fine a little sunshine Kishida a dancer rainfall and evening and we feel that to the nights we still down alright guys so now that I've written the board I can tell you a little bit about it it's a great board I highly recommend it I think it's the best one on Amazon so here it is and yeah the wheels ride great and it seems very durable and yeah so yes for watching and please subscribe peace

was a bad boy legends here and I got the quest super Cruiser I picked this up about a week over Amazon for about $70 my stance is right but it's just how I like it everybody's different but it rolls pretty good I just went to the store pick up a first teeth my house about a mile away from the store I like this board early I'm going to get some better shoes though the soles and the issues aren't very good her to my feet but this board is I really liked it when I got that I didn't know that this I said quest right here here's what the bottom looks like I'm sure you've seen this thing if you serve some long boards on Amazon it's the first thing that comes up um he came with his sticker that's a sticker I just put it on the board comes with a bet seven meals like I said in another video of mine that the questionable that bid 70 dollars tho boards really good I've never wrote a long board until I got this really liked it New York have a good day
